MERSEGUERA AND MACABEO – 2010 -WHITE WINE
This Pale, crystal-clear yellow wine is aromatic, with tropical fruit and white flower (jasmine) touches. It is fresh and clean on the palate with a persistent taste. Ideal for accompanying sushi, oysters, shellfish, fish, white meats, salads and rice dishes.
CABERNET – 2009 – RED WINE
It has a dark Sherry, very balanced and has mouth full finish with good fruit-bearing expression. The result is an excellent wine offering very good value for money. Serve it with Deer, Quail, BBQ sausage, Game, any red meat, cheeses and traditional cooking
TEMPRANILLO – 2008 – RED WINE (Silver medal in HLSR competition and Dallas Morning News competition)
This wine has intense cherry, blackberry fruit. it is very flavorful, mature, and rich which is true to its varietal expression. It is also yummy tasty. Ideal with BBQ Ribs, Rotisserie Chicken, any red meat, cheeses and traditional cooking.
MONASTREL (MOUVEDRE) – 2008 – RED WINE
This wine has deep fruit and touches of sweetness notes. Its acidity is lean and well balanced. It has a nice spicy blackberry nose. It is great by itself and ideal with any casseroles, GUMBO, red meat, cheeses and traditional cooking.
CRIANZA - TEMPRANILLO – 2005 – RED WINE
This wine has a complex bouquet, cherry color, light touches of plum and French Oak, red currants, rich in smoky, with very balanced tannins. It is full bodied with a long toasty finish. It is ideal with BBQ Ribs, T-Bone, Pork Chops, Blue cheese Hamburgers, any red meat, cheeses and traditional cooking.
50% GARNACHA (GRENACHE) & 50% SYRAH– 2006 –RED WINE
This wine is LIMITED PRODUCTION and is fermented in Oak barrels so it can reach some intense flavors but a soft long finish. It brings out the extracted fruits, vanilla and dark chocolate notes with spicy tones and nice ripe fruit. It complements T-BONE Steaks, casseroles, Lasagna, Lamb, BBQ Ribs, any red meat, cheeses and traditional cooking.

The current Sierra Private Selection was chosen for its true varietal and regional characteristics which is a great wine at an affordable price. After tasting from many wineries in the Willamette Valley Evergreen was chosen to bottle these very giving, well priced Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines.

This Washington state “Bordeaux Traditionale” Sierra Peaks wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon blended wine complemented by artful amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
Enjoy a wine glass by itself at a wine bar, ranch or beach house or restaurant. This limited production and very low production wine can be enjoyed with any delicious Meats (BBQ, Venison, Steaks, Burgers etc) and or any meal of your choice!
