is a family owned vineyard located in Dolo, Italy in the region of
Veneto located about 15 miles from Venice.
All of the wine is estate bottled.
They specialize in varietal wines such as Pinot Grigio, Merlot,
Cabernet Sauvignon, Montepulciano D’abruzzo, Chardonnay and Sangiovese
(Tuscan grapeat an affordable price. |

PINOT
GRIGIO
is a white wine that is generally soft, gently perfumed and has more
color than most whites. This
grape is known in France as Pinot Gris, in Germany as Rulander and in
Northern Italy as Pinot Grigio. The GOTTARDO PINOT GRIGIO has a straw
yellow color that this grape is known for and a light, crisp taste with
a hint of fig. It has a
clean finish. Serve this
wine cold but do not over chill or it will lose its wonderful flavor.

MONTEPULCIANO
D’ABRUZZO
is known for its supple texture and medium to full-bodied spice,
raspberry, and cherry flavors. The
GOTTARDO MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO has a beautiful intense ruby red
color with a delicate flavor that hints of violets.
Excellent with poultry, pizza, steak and most pasta dishes.
This wine is best served at room temperature and should be
allowed to breathe prior to serving.

CABERNET
SAUVIGNON
grapes produce full, rich red wines that go well with hearty foods.
Wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are ruby red in color, well
bodied with concentrated flavor of currant, plum, black cherry or spice and
a characteristic bouquet. It
tends to be tannic when young, to mature slowly and have a long life.
The GOTTARDO CABERNET SAUVIGNON has a ruby red color, is dry, has a
medium bodied with ripe berry flavors.

MERLOT
is similar in flavor to the Cabernet Sauvignon but is lighter and softer wine
that has recently become quite popular. Once
used mainly in a Bordeaux blend, Merlot can stand alone as a varietal wine.
It becomes softer with age when the herbal flavors dominate.
The GOTTARDO MERLOT has a characteristic ruby red color with a dry savory
flavor, vinous aroma and a smooth finish. It
goes well with appetizers, pasta and all meat dishes and heartier meals.

SANGIOVESE (Tuscan
grapes) are
the backbone of many superb Italian red wines and is the primary grape used in
all Chianti wines. It is known for
its supple texture and medium to full-bodied spice, robust, raspberry, cherry
and anise flavors. The GOTTARDO
SANGIOVESE has a beautiful ruby red color with a delicate flavor that hints of
violets. Excellent with red sauce
dishes, pizza, steak and most pasta dishes.

CHARDONNAY
has been
called the king of the white wines for its makes consistently superb wine that
is rich, complex and well balanced. This
is an amazingly versatile grape that grows well in a variety of locations
throughout the world. The GOTTARDO
CHARDONNAY is light bodied, semi-dry, pleasant, yellow in color with a clean
crisp green apple flavor. This
delicious light wine is perfect to enjoy on its own or with chicken, pork, fish,
salads, or light pasta dishes. Definitely
serve it chilled.
