FRASCATI has been called the “Gold Wine” from the ancient Romans, and it was
the favorite wine of Pope Gregorio XVI. The
Frascati wine comes from the volcanic slope of the hills outside of Rome.
The FRASCATI is composed of white Malvasia, Tuscany
Trebbiano, Greco and Malvasia from Lazio grapes.
FRASCATI
is a vintage wine that is dry, crisp, pale yellow and fresh.
This great wine is a fine accompaniment to soups, seafood, poultry, and light
dishes. This distinguished wine should be
served chilled.
